Multiple course winner who has showed improved form over C&D after three poor runs over 7f. Won well in a 9-runner handicap at this C&D (11/4) 10 days ago, making rapid progress in the final furlong. Has a 4lb penalty to contend with today but clearly back to top form.

Better on AW with all 6 wins at Wolverhampton. Fifth of 10 in handicap here (16/1) 10 days ago, raced off the pace and never involved. Best efforts come at this track but may need some leniency from the handicapper.

Maiden had been shaped better than the result in a pair of handicaps here before finding 10f too much at Redcar (10/1) last October, making good headway before fading with head a bit high. Off since but worth a market check back down in trip with Luke Morris taking over.

Course winner who took a step back in right direction when third here prior to finishing 6th of 10 in handicap (22/1) 34 days ago, suffering interference early on and never involved. Best forgiven that run and he could be more competitive eased slightly in grade.

Latin is also in a rich vein of form, bidding for a hat-trick under a 5 lb penalty after scoring over C&D 10 days ago under more positive tactics, while Imola deserves an honourable mention.
