Headstrong sort showed ability in bumpers and showed improved form on his third start over hurdles when narrowly denied in 2m Ludlow maiden 33 days ago. Unexposed now handicapping.

Often flatters to deceive but is a former C&D winner who was also runner-up twice over C&D in early 2025. Not at best in 2 outings since returning from a break but his mark has eased a little and may do better back here.

Won 17f Exeter novice in the mud in February. Off 9 months, shaped as if the run was needed when seventh of 8 in 2m Leicester handicap on reappearance 4 weeks ago. Should strip fitter now.

Opened his account in this sphere in 2m juvenile at Kempton last December. Creditable third in 17f Exeter handicap last month and shaped as if still in good form when fifth of 9 at Sandown since.

Left first 2 efforts for this yard behind when winning 19.5f Hereford handicap last month. Looked to have plenty in hand under a cool ride from Ellis Collier so even a 7 lb rise may not stop him.

Sandown handicap winner (2m, soft) last December. Encouraging return upped in trip when fifth in 16-runner course handicap (19.5f) in October, effort flattening out after last. Entitled to go well with that run under his belt.

Started and ended last season on a winning note, signing off with a career-best Fontwell success (19f, good to soft) in a first-time visor during the spring. Has shaped better than the result on both outings this season and being eased 2 lb can only help.

Improved model during a light 2024/25 campaign, winning 12-runner handicap hurdle at Warwick (2m, heavy) in February. Last of 5 on 19.5f Lingfield reappearance 39 days ago but should fare better with that outing behind him.

Sprung a 28/1 surprise in Uttoxeter maiden (heavy) last month but has failed to back that up in a novice and handicap since. First-time cheekpieces are added.

Placed a couple of times last term despite showing temperament (refused to race once). Poor efforts in handicaps in first 3 starts this season and latest fourth in a claimer was no step back in the right direction. First-time cheekpieces need to have a positive effect.

Flat winner in July but no impact since returning to hurdles, finishing a remote fourth at Ludlow last time.
