Bumper/dual 2m hurdler winner who made an encouraging start over fences when third of 6 in 2m Aintree in October. Most disappointing at Haydock last time, never able to land a blow but cheekpieces now on and yard going a bit better now.
Held his form well last season, landing the odds at Newcastle in March. Good second at Stratford on return but failed too jump with the same fluency when fourth of 6 over C&D last month. Likely to bounce back given overall profile and cheekpieces may sharpen him up a touch.
Took really well to fences in 2024, winning 3 of his 5 starts in this sphere, culminating in an impressive display upped to 25.4f at Warwick (good) when last seen in September of that year. Subsequent absence no real concern given yard he represents and this mark is well within range.
Dual hurdles winner who was a respectable third on chase debut in a Carlisle novice handicap in February. Disappointed when last seen at Cartmel in May, though, and probably worth taking on back from a 7-month break.
Off the mark in Britain on second start for these connections in 4-runner handicap chase over C&D in November 2024. Out of sorts since and very easy to back when well beaten in July.
Fair winning hurdler who offered something to work on sent chasing when fourth of 5 in minor event at Carlisle (15.9f, soft) last month. Merely matched that form back in a handicap at Newcastle and he'll need a good test kept to this sort of trip. Tongue strap on.
Winning hurdler for Gordon Elliott but yet to convince over fences for current yard, soon beaten on return (had a breathing op) at Bangor 4 weeks ago. Cheekpieces added.
Gained second C&D win in January but only given his running twice since. Beaten when making a mistake over 3m here 3 weeks ago and return to this trip probably in his favour.
Completed a hat-trick at Carlisle in April 2024 but raced only 3 times since, pulling up on each occasion.

Low-mileage 7-y-o GEP UP MUSH was on the up when last seen in September 2024 and while he must have had an issue or 2 since, he couldn't be in better hands. Sure to be well prepared for this, he can pick up where he left off at the expense of Big City Roller (also back from time off) and Cerendipity.
