Off time: 15:15 | Winning time: 6m 23.55s

Girl Of Gold²¹

Age: 4| Weight: 12-0| J: Ben Bromley⁽⁵⁾| T: James Owen| OR: 100

5/2

Best effort when chasing home subsequent winner La Zoubida in a novice hurdle at Sedgefield (19.8f, soft), pulling clear of rest. Unable to better that form switched to handicaps when third at Leicester (20.5f, soft) 3 weeks ago but may improve now upped in trip.

Form: 554-223

Pooroldmackley⁹³

Age: 6| Weight: 11-4| J: Miss Eleanor Williams⁽⁷⁾| T: Evan Williams| OR: 89| D

13/2

Better than ever when recording third career success in an 11-runner Worcester handicap hurdle (23f, good) at the end of August. Found things too competitive over fences next time but no surprise to see him closer to form back over hurdles following a break.

Form: 1-34513

Isabel De Clare^p,t²⁷

Age: 5| Weight: 10-13| J: Jack Andrews⁽³⁾| T: T Ellis| OR: 84

15/8

Still a maiden but has shown promise since joining current yard, placing in back-to-back handicaps at Ludlow (21.3f), despite taking a strong hold latest. Should go well if she can settle back over a longer trip.

Form: 00-0823

Doublethetrouble^b²⁵

Age: 7| Weight: 10-13| J: Tom Cannon| T: L Wadham| OR: 84

10/1

Fair handicapper for John Butler on Flat but hadn't raced over hurdles for nearly 3 years prior to pulling up at Market Rasen last month (first start since rejoining Lucy Wadham). Remains with something to prove.

Form: 3290/P

Lady Harriett^b1³²

Age: 6| Weight: 10-5| J: Shane Fenelon⁽⁵⁾| T: M Bowen| OR: 76| BF

3/1

Opened hurdles account at Ffos Las (2½m, good to soft) last November but inconsistent subsequently. Unable to justify support when well held third (21.9f) on comeback last month but looks worth another chance stepping back up in distance sporting a change of headgear.

Form: 17P3P-3

Annie Nail²¹

Age: 8| Weight: 10-2| J: Mr J Stevenson⁽⁷⁾| T: Tracey Leeson| OR: 70| C

66/1

Won a small-field handicap over fences at this track in May but she's out of sorts since. Best to look elsewhere.

Forecasts

Isabel De Clare (15/8), Girl Of Gold (5/2), Lady Harriett (3/1), Pooroldmackley (13/2), Doublethetrouble (10/1), Annie Nail (66/1)

LADY HARRIETT was well backed on her reappearance last month and could be worth another chance to show that money wasn't misplaced. Isabel de Clare and Girl of Gold are entitled to be in the mix if seeing out the longer trip.
