Shirocco filly. 28/1, last of 9 in bumper at Fontwell (17.7f, good) on NH debut. Off 6 months. Very hard to fancy.
Promising second at Fontwell on bumper but seemed lacking a change of gear when down the field at Bangor next time. Others preferred.
Placed both starts in bumpers and was unlucky not to collect when a fast-finishing second at Wetherby last month. Should learn from that experience and sets the standard.
Twice-raced maiden. Improved from her debut when second of 5 in bumper at Ffos Las (15.8f, soft, 25/1) 36 days ago, sticking to task. First run for yard after leaving Toby Bulgin for £30,000 gns. Place claims.
£36,000 3-y-o, Walk In The Park filly. Dam unraced half-sister to useful hurdler/fairly useful chaser (stayed 2¼m) Publican. Newcomers from yard often fancied.
Crystal Ocean filly out of a half-sister to Champion Hurdler Binocular. Appeals as more of a long-term prospect on paper.
Maxios filly. Dam (c92/h110), 17f-2½m hurdle winner (stayed 23f), closely related to fairly useful hurdler/chaser (stays 25f) Tupelo Mississippi. Worth market check for yard with decent bumper record.
Very green on debut but was much improved when runner-up in a 5-runner bumper at Sedgefield (16.8f, good to firm, 11/4) 68 days ago, finishing some way clear of the remainder. Considered.
Jack Hobbs filly. 50/1 and hooded, very green but showed ability when third of 8 in bumper at Wincanton (15.2f, good) on NH debut 37 days ago. Place claims again, especially if sharper this time.
Frontiersman filly. Half-sister to bumper winner/useful hurdler Stainsby Girl. Plenty of stamina in the pedigree but newcomers from yard often fancied.
Court Cave mare, sister to smart hurdler/chaser Willoughby Court. 16/1, sixth of 10 in bumper at Worcester (16f, good to soft) on NH debut. Off 6 months. Tongue strap on for 1st time. More required.
£30,000 4-y-o, Wings of Eagles mare. Half-sister to useful hurdler Ooh Betty. Won an Irish point in April 2024 and market may well prove best guide as to expectations on debut.

Forecasts
Skittish (2/1), Joan's Choice (9/4), Western Charm (15/2), Martha's Cottage (8/1), Secret Des Lune (17/2), Flying Pimpernel (9/1), Svelte Silhouette (18/1), Wings And Wands (33/1), Pure Ocean (33/1), Ledecka (50/1), Willshebe Court (50/1), Approaching Storm (150/1)
JOAN'S CHOICE was unlucky not to overcome trouble in running at Wetherby last time and can swiftly make amends here. Skittish pulled clear with the winner when runner-up at Sedgefield last time and lookks the main threat, with Martha's Cottage rating an interesting newcomer.
