Dead-heated in an Irish point and showed a bit more than on his first 2 starts over hurdles when sixth of 11 in a 2m Chepstow novice 3 weeks ago. May well do better now handicapping, but improvement is certainly needed off this opening mark.

Fairly useful ex-French bumper winner who finished runner-up twice in maiden/novice company at Fakenham. Better than the bare result on handicap debut at Chepstow and while he was disappointing tried in a tongue strap (discarded here) next time, this 5-y-o is probably worth another chance.

Brought along steadily in novice company, but improvement was not forthcoming switched to handicaps during the spring and he's essentially opposable.

Runner-up first of 2 starts in bumpers, but no impact in novice/maiden company and hasn't fared any better in handicaps the last twice.

Remains a maiden following 10 attempts over hurdles, but returned from a 26-month absence with a very creditable second of 13 in a Ffos Las handicap (15.8f, good to soft). Big chance back up in trip here if able to build on that effort.

Down the field in novice/maiden hurdles during 2023/24, but better signs switched to handicaps last 2 starts, latterly finding just one too good starting out for this yard following 6 months at Fontwell (19f, good). Solid each-way claims here with Harry Cobden taking over.

Ten-race maiden on the Flat and while he wasn't disgraced back from 2 years off when fourth on handicap debut in this sphere at Sedgefield, his effort at the same course 7 days later was not so good.

Reappearance seventh in a 12-runner Stratford handicap (18.7f, good to soft) was probably his best effort yet, especially given that he was unsuited by way race developed. Eased 2 lb and not without each-way hope.

Long-standing maiden who has some respectable efforts to his name, but chances are he'll again find one or two too good.

Showed nothing in a couple of runs for Henrietta Knight in 2024 and best watched back from 19 months off on debut for new yard (has undergone a wind op in the meantime).

It can pay to give another chance to KELIJOE, who failed to fire with a tongue strap enlisted last time but the headgear is quickly discarded and he remains of interest in view of his encouraging handicap debut display at Chepstow. Cumhacht looks very dangerous on the back of his Ffos Las comeback second, while Meraki Mist also found just one too good on his latest start and needs considering with Harry Cobden booked.
