5-y-o who progressed with each outing in bumpers, staying on strongly to land 8-runner contest at Exeter (16.7f) in February. Promising start over hurdles when second to a useful one upped to 19.4f at Chepstow a fortnight and he's open to progress for in-form yard.

Cost 200,000 gns after finishing runner-up sole in an Irish point in October 2024 and displayed ability amidst inexperience when third in a Worcester bumper in May. Winner that day successful since and he's in the right hands ahead of hurdles debut.

Showed a fairly useful level of form on his hurdling bow when second at Auteuil in March. Easy to back and may have needed first run for new yard going without usual tongue tie at Uttoxeter last month and then fares about as well as could be expected when third of 5 at Cheltenham 4 weeks ago.

£78,000 4-y-o, Sea Moon gelding. Half-brother to numerous winners, including very smart hurdler/top-class chaser The Storyteller,. Dam fair 2m-19f hurdle winner. Runner-up sole start in Irish points during the spring.

Forecasts
Kripticjim (6/5), Loriko (7/4), Reckless Spending (9/2), Seamoon Story (12/1)
Bumper-winner KRIPTICJIM showed plenty to work on when second on hurdles debut 3 weeks ago and representing an in-form stable, improvement should be forthcoming. He's marginally preferred to Loriko, who is slightly more exposed, while Reckless Spending also warrants attention given his sales price and stable.
