33/1, 11½ lengths tenth of 11 to Running Lion in listed race at Yarmouth (10.1f, soft) 63 days ago. Hood enlisted for this AW debut and, having been given a chance by the handicapper, she's dangerous to discount.

First run since leaving Nick Littmoden when fifth of 7 in handicap (18/5) at Wolverhampton (12.2f) 15 days ago, running on late. Others more persuasive.

C&D winner. Latest win at Thirsk in June. 20/1, last of 12 in handicap at Southwell (11.1f) 27 days ago. Some of the others are more appealing.

Lightly-raced winner. Successful at Newmarket in August. Bit below form fifth of 12 in handicap at Newbury (10f, heavy, 14/1) 26 days ago, unable to sustain effort. Needs to get back on track now switched to the AW.

14/1, fourth of 7 in handicap at Chester (10.3f, good to firm). Off 131 days ahead of this stable debut and he looks vulnerable.

Debut winner at Goodwood in August. 6/5, third of 11 in handicap back at that Sussex venue (9.9f, good to firm) 38 days ago. It's still early days for this filly and she's a big player off the same mark.

Last of 5 in handicap at Lingfield (8f, AW, 28/1) 15 days ago and it's probably best to look elsewhere.

28/1, creditable third of 10 in handicap at Epsom (12f, good to soft) on final run for Ian Williams in September. Each-way chance starting out for new yard off the same mark, but overall strike rate isn't particularly compelling and he may again find one or two too good.

Eighth of 9 in handicap at this C&D (10/3) 37 days ago. Hard to put forward a logical reason for that low-key display, but the Oasis Dream was knocking on the door prior to that and should perhaps be given the benefit of the doubt for now.

7/1 and tongue strap on for 1st time, didn't need to be at best when winning 12-runner handicap at Wolverhampton (9.5f) in June, all out. 4 lb rise leaves him looking vulnerable on debut for new yard.

Forecasts

Just Keep Flying (2/1), Hinchinbrooke (11/4), Blast The Dream (7/1), Shihoku (9/1), Hebridean Nomad (11/1), Ludo's Landing (11/1), Miss Tonnerre (12/1), Aeolian (16/1), Tiger (16/1), Shahbaz (18/1), Youarenotforgiven (33/1), Pursuit Of Truth (33/1), Chartwell Jock (33/1), Yokkell (100/1)

Verdict

Several of the 3-y-os are likely to come to the fore here, with MISS TONNERRE an appealing option from a value standpoint. It's fair to say that she has proved rather disappointing this year, but the handicapper has given her a chance and perhaps the combination of new headgear and the switch to this surface will help reinvigorate the filly. Hinchinbrooke is feared most, but Blast The Dream and Just Keep Flying are also accorded plenty of respect in what looks a competitive heat.
