Showed plenty when runner-up behind a subsequent Grade 2 winner in mares' novice at Fontwell (19.1f) on hurdling debut in December but hasn't seen out her race in two subsequent starts. Will need to settle in first-time tongue tie but not ruled out returning in a 0-100 on handicap debut.

Has proved a different proposition since joining the James Owen yard, winning 3 times on the Flat before opening hurdles account in good style at Fontwell. Found run of good form coming to a halt at Uttoxeter latest but may bounce back following a break.

Offer something to work with in maiden/novice runs but again finished well held in a handicap at Southwell in March, looking rather awkward. Still early days but remains to be seen if he's capable of better on reappearance.

Showed some ability in a Southwell bumper but has disappointed over hurdles, faring no better in a first-time tongue strap (now removed) on handicap debut at Uttoxeter (15.8f, good) 47 days ago. Upped in trip with hood applied but only considered if market expects better.

Maiden hurdle winner for Dan Skelton who looked potentially well bought at £6,000 when showing promise on stable debut but could only match that form when third in a 10-runner handicap at Market Rasen (18.6f, good) 36 days ago. Could take a step forward over the slightly longer trip.

Runner-up twice at this track last year but has proved inconsistent. Seemingly hasn't been the easiest to train but shaped as if retaining her ability when fourth on reappearance at Market Rasen (18.6f) in September. Will need to build on that to get off the mark.

Irish point runner-up didn't look entirely straightforward last season but was much improved when justifying strong support (in a change of headgear) in a C&D handicap last month, winning with a bit in hand. May follow up if in similar form with visor retained.

In good hands but hasn't threatened in bumpers/hurdles. Could be seen in a better light now handicapping over a longer trip and but only considered if the market expects improvement.

Two-time chase winner who was a creditable second over hurdles at Stratford in May and shaped as if better for the run (acknowledging he's gone well fresh before) when midfield in a 2½m handicap at Worcester last time. Ought to be closer to form here.

Fair maiden on Flat (stays 15f) for Ed Bethell but has shown little over hurdles. Betting should guide expectations upped markedly in trip on handicap hurdle debut.

Long-standing maiden was again popular in the betting but proved to be a disappointment when a well held third in a 6-runner handicap at Ffos Las (20f) on final start for Max Comley 17 days ago. Visor refitted for stable debut but may again prove vulnerable for win purposes.

From a good family and offered something to work with on debut at Stratford last year but hasn't built on that. Has work to do from out of the handicap.

JACK HOOLA was much improved when winning on reappearance over C&D last month and may be able to follow up if in similar form here. Queens Wish has shown promise for new connections and could be in the mix over a slightly longer trip, while Katira du Mestivel needs to bounce back in a first-time tongue strap but cannot be discounted making her handicap debut in a 0-100.
