Placed in a pair of good-ground bumpers last season but yet to make the frame in a pair of 2m novice hurdles, making mistakes when sixth of eight at Hexham two weeks ago. Needs to take a step forward.
Failed to build on a promising debut fourth when fifth of 8 in bumper at Huntingdon 7 months ago. Remains with potential over hurdles for top yard though after wind surgery.
Maiden Irish pointer who came in only seventh of 8 in novice hurdle at Sedgefield (16.8f, good to firm) on NH debut 17 days ago. Lots more is required.
€16,000 3-y-o, Leading Light gelding. Dam, fair 2m hurdle winner, also 13f winner on Flat, is a half-sister to fairly useful hurdler (17f winner) The Tiddly Tadpole. In the frame in a couple of points so possibilities on his hurdling bow.
Blue Bresil gelding who showed fairly useful form when placed in a trio of novice hurdles last term, second of 9 at Hexham (16.2f, good to soft) in March. The clear form pick.
Made an encouraging start over hurdles when third at Bangor last November. Not quite in the same form in a trio of runs after so needs to take a step forward on his seasonal return.
Cut little ice in a pair of bumpers and when ninth of 13 in novice over C&D on his hurdles bow 20 days ago. Lots more is needed.
Failed to build on his hurdling debut fifth when only tenth of 13 in novice hurdle over C&D 20 days ago. Lots more is required.
Debut bumper winner for Claire O'Connell at Ayr in March. Shaped well for his new yard when fifth of 13 in similar company at Perth following month so very much one to consider now going hurdling.
Well held in a pair of bumpers at Hexham in the spring. Will need to leave that form way behind if he's to make a mark over hurdles here.
Debut bumper winner at Wetherby before making a promising start in this sphere when second in juvenile events at Haydock and Carlisle. This son of Wings of Eagles has more to offer so is a likely player.
Hooded for 1st time when last of 8 in novice at Sedgefield (16.8f, good to firm, 80/1) on his hurdles bow 17 days ago. Major step forward is required.
Improved to land 5-runner bumper here in April. Goes over hurdles now and this son of Great Pretender can't be discounted.
£65,000 4-y-o, Jet Away gelding. Dam unraced sister to fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser (stayed 21f) Theo and bumper winner/fairly useful hurdler (2m-17f winner) Kingston James. Winning Irish pointer so he must enter calculations starting out over hurdles for leading yard.

Forecasts
Eagles Reprieve (2/1), Sanilam (3/1), He's Bresilian (18/5), Kadjar Des Mottes (6/1), Lester Mail (8/1), Smoke Trail (9/1), Brookside La (16/1), Ballynoe Boy (50/1), Sparky Tom (150/1), Passion For Glory (150/1), Lyndon Red (150/1), Defying Gravity (150/1), Carrhill (250/1), L'insurge (300/1)
A few of these offer potential but the vote goes to HE'S BRESILIAN who showed some fairly useful form when placed over hurdles last season and can gain a deserved breakthrough success on his return. Lucinda Russell and Michael Scudamore have an excellent record in this and their duo Smoke Trail and Eagles Reprieve can both have a say along with Brookside La and Kadjar des Mottes.
