Tongue tied and improved on his yard debut to get off the mark in 6-runner handicap hurdle at Ffos Las (20f, good) 6 days ago. Not taken lightly under a 7 lb penalty.
Built on debut promise when landing 11-runner novice hurdle over C&D (good to soft) 26 days ago. May do better still now going into handicaps. Very much one to consider.
Winning hurdler for Ian Williams. Has shaped well both runs for his new yard, blinkered when sixth of 12 in 2m Worcester handicap 25 days ago. Can go well off a 4 lb lower mark with cheekpieces refitted.
Running well without winning for Sandy Thomson but off for 15 months since coming in second of 10 in handicap hurdle at Perth. Has his fitness to prove on his comeback run here.
Winning pointer posted easily his best run in this sphere when second of 11 in novice here (16f, good to soft) in May. Back up in trip for his handicap bow and can't be discounted.
Course winner in July who advanced his form when second of 7 in handicap hurdle at Southwell (20.4f, good to firm) 20 days ago. Has to be taken seriously off an unchanged mark.
Runner-up on first of 2 starts in bumpers but he made little impact in a trio of starts over hurdles last season. Hood goes back on for his handicap debut with plenty more needed.
Still a maiden and he has yet to fire in a pair of 2m4f Worcester handicap hurdles this autumn. Needs to take a big step forward.
Maiden hurdler who came in last of 6 for his new yard (formerly with Danni O'Neill) in handicap at Fontwell (17.7f, good to soft) 19 days ago. Easy to look elsewhere.
Made light of a 29-month absence when landing a gamble in 7-runner handicap hurdle at Ffos Las (23.9f, good) in May. Up 6 lb but he can go well again after another lay-off.
Fair maiden at his best for Nicky Henderson but he has offered little for his current yard in his last four runs. Returns from 11 months off with lots to prove.

Forecasts
Glance Of Glory (9/4), Order Of The Dance (11/4), Ghasham (9/2), Play Pretend (13/2), Taymount (11/1), Copper Cove (12/1), Tigga Time (14/1), Miss Kassiopi (14/1), Lucky Bounce (33/1), Commodore Miller (125/1), River Rider (150/1)
A case can be made for a few of these but PLAY PRETEND races off the same mark as when an excellent recent Southwell second so edges the vote from Ghasham who has gone with promise on both starts since joining Dan Skelton and rates a big danger. Last-time-out scorers Glance Of Glory, Order Of The Dance and Lucky Bounce can all have a say too in this competitive handicap.
- Play Pretend13/2
- Ghasham9/2
