Useful hurdler/chaser for Willie Mullins. Sent off at 33/1 and looked/shaped as though in need of the run on first start for the Twiston-Davies stable (after an absence of more than 2 years) at Market Rasen 3 weeks ago. Interesting to see if market expects him to be more competitive down in grade.

Resumed winning ways for new yard when making all in a C&D handicap in March, overcoming some sloppy jumping. Beaten a long way out in a more competitive handicap at Aintree the following month and he'll need to be at his best to make a winning return.

Has some solid form last season and he proved better than ever after another wind operation when making a successful reappearance in a 4-runner handicap at Southwell earlier this month, for all he had the run of the race. Claims if in in similar form off a 2 lb higher mark.

Winner of five of his last 6 starts over hurdles, landing a hat-trick and second course success when successful in a C&D handicap in June, looking more straightforward than previously. In deeper waters here but has won off a break previously and should appreciate the likely stronger pace.

All three of his wins have coming following breaks (of 50 days or more) and last seen posting an eye-catching fifth in the Swinton at Haydock, coming from much further back than ideal in a race where it paid to be prominent. Makes plenty of appeal with sights lowered on reappearance.

Fair Flat winner who got off the over hurdles in a 2m Taunton maiden in February but looked on a tough mark in a pair of handicap hurdles subsequently. Ran too badly to be true when last seen on the Flat in June and has work to do in a stronger handicap hurdle than he need contest.

Fairly useful on the Flat and has made a good start in this sphere for Paul Nicholls, finishing runner-up on hurdles debut prior to landing back-to-back races with a minimum of fuss, making all over C&D most recently. Completely unexposed now handicapping and looks up to landing the hat-trick.

Modest Flat maiden posted his best effort when second in a juvenile hurdle at Fontwell (17.7f, soft) in December, likely would have won barring a costly late error. Well held in a much more competitive affair on handicap debut at Wincanton and looks up against it from out of the weights on return.

The unexposed COURAGEOUS STRIKE looks on a workable opening mark given his fairly useful Flat form and he's taken to land a hurdles hat-trick on handicap debut. Dance And Glance has an excellent record fresh and is feared most following an eye-catching fifth in the Swinton, while Bluegrass was better than ever when successful on reappearance earlier this month and should remain competitive.
