Fairly useful performer in bumpers last term and finally off the mark over hurdles in 19.5f novice at Chepstow on Sunday. Quickly has attentions turned to chasing for excellent yard (Irish point winner).

Back to back hurdles wins at the end of last year and signed off last term with a good fourth in a reasonable handicap at Musselburgh. In good hands ahead of chase debut/reappearance.

Confirmed the promise of her chase debut when landing 8-runner handicap at Uttoxeter last month. Race wasn't run to suit back hurdling 12 days later and she's expected to resume her progress back over the larger obstacles.

Forecasts

Settle Down Jill (5/4), No No Fizz (7/4), Belle Montrose (11/4)

Verdict

A case of sorts can be made for all 3 but BELLE MONTROSE is proven over the larger obstacles and that experience coupled with the weight she receives from her 2 rivals may prove to be decisive. Settle Down Jill didn't fully convince over hurdles despite winning on Sunday but she's in top hands.
