Built up a good strike rate in France. Fair start to life in Britain when fourth at Chester (1¼m) in May but has failed to build on it in 4 subsequent runs. Eases in class and this trip more suitable than 1m latest.

C&D winner. Seventeen runs since last win in 2023. Shaped quite well when third of 9 in handicap (11/1) at Pontefract (10f, soft) 20 days ago, particularly as he was denied a clear run. Has to be taken very seriously.
Multiple winner in 2024 and she posted an excellent third in Goodwood listed race in May. Down the field on her last 3 outings in handicaps since over 14f though, fading out of things in the Old Borough Cup. Down in class/trip.
Won 9.5f conditions race (field of 11) at Gowran Park in June on final start for Joseph Patrick O'Brien. May have needed the run on last month's York return for new yard and this will reveal more. Blinkers back on.
Dropped below last winning mark and took advantage in 9-runner handicap at Kempton (11f, 12/1) 14 days ago, well positioned. Blinkers back on and 3 lb nudge should still leave him competitive. Blinkers replace usual visor.
Looked useful when making second start a winning one at Windsor in August. Turned over in a 5-runner novice at Epsom (10.1f, good, 1/4) 17 days ago but now makes handicap debut with the potential for improvement.
Latest win at Southwell in July. Twelfth of 13 in handicap (40/1) at Doncaster (11.9f, good) 33 days ago and balance of turf form isn't particularly convincing.
Windsor winner in August 2024 and ended the year with a respectable fourth of 10 in handicap at Newcastle (10.2f). Off 10 months but assessor has given him a chance.
Progressive in handicaps this summer, scoring with something to spare at Sandown (1m, good) at the end of July. The handicapper didn't miss him with 11 lb rise but beaten by more than revised mark at York since. Back up in distance.

Forecasts
Gamrai (15/8), Loughville (5/1), Mr Alan (5/1), Green Triangle (8/1), King's Code (9/1), Parlando (10/1), Earthwatch (11/1), Bowerchalke (14/1), Flight Leader (28/1)
MR ALAN normally comes good at this time of year and his Pontefract third behind a brace of 3-y-os last time suggests he's ready to strike. Gamrai has the potential to be better than this mark so has to be feared, with Loughville of some interest down in class.
