Pretty useful earlier in his career and back on form to take advantage of a reduced mark with all-the-way wins over C&D and at Cartmel in recent months. Suspicion a further 4 lb rise might make him vulnerable on the hat-trick bid.

Notched a seventh AW win of 2025 when edging ahead in the dying strides at Lingfield 4 weeks ago. Also successful in a 2m Huntingdon maiden hurdle in May and big player now venturing into handicap company for the first time over hurdles.
Has been rejuvenated by a stable switch, winning for a third time in 5 starts when seeing off 8 rivals at Newton Abbot (17f, good to soft) 4 weeks ago. Only had to be pushed out to do so and a further 7 lb rise shouldn't prevent another prominent showing.
Creditable third in a C&D handicap in July but not in quite the same form when fourth here 3 weeks ago. Being eased 2 lb can only help but others are more persuasive.
Wouldn't be the most reliable overall but managed to get his head in front twice over fences last year, including here. Placed in 2 small-field C&D handicaps this summer but this veteran will need to pull out a bit more to resume winning ways here.
A fairly useful maiden on the Flat for Ed Walker. Did manage to win a C&D maiden hurdle in June but the form is only modest and he was comfortably held in a Uttoxeter handicap last time.
Disputing third when falling soon after 2 out in 2½m Bangor handicap in April. Weakened having been second approaching 2 out when fifth back there 5 weeks later, suggesting this return to 2m could suit back from 4 months off.
Fair Flat winner who seems to be getting her act together over hurdles, reaching the frame in handicaps over C&D and at Stratford on her last 2 outings.

Turpin Gold (7/4), Graecia (7/2), Eagles Gold (4/1), High Court Judge (13/2), Grey Skies (10/1), Crown Of India (16/1), Douglas Dc (20/1), Mix Of Clover (22/1)
Examples of the training skills of the prolific James Owen don't come much better than HIGH COURT JUDGE who is taken to land a remarkable ninth success of the year across both codes. Turpin Gold is thriving for Tom Lacey and is next on the list ahead of Graecia.
