4-time course winner has been remarkably consistent of late and posted her best effort of the season to win an 11-runner handicap (10/3) at Carlisle (5.8f, soft) 12 days ago. Drops back to 5f and is difficult to dismiss in her current form.
Runner-up off this mark in a similar event for previous connections and ran respectably on final start for Ismail Mohammed when respectable third of 7 in handicap at Chepstow (5.1f) 81 days ago. Has joined a good yard (who also saddle Thunderstorm Katie) and the market should guide expectations.
C&D winner last month but hasn't been seen to best effect since, poorly drawn when eighth of 18 in handicap at Ayr (5f, good to soft) 3 days ago. Yard going well and she's one to be interested in returning to this track.
Made it three wins in her last 5 starts when winning a 14-runner handicap at Carlisle (5f, soft, 11/2) 12 days ago, travelled well and knuckled down to prevail. Should remain competitive off 3 lb higher.
4-time course winner, the latest when making all over C&D from 1 lb lower in July. Not in the same form when 4¼ lengths sixth of 7 to Thunderstorm Katie in handicap at this C&D (good to firm) 30 days ago, having been unable to lead. Handicapper has given her a chance.
C&D winner made a winning reappearance at Musselburgh in April. Has been a tad inconsistent since but ran of her better races when ½-length third of 14 to Canaria Queen in handicap at Carlisle (5f, soft, 28/1) 12 days ago. In the mix if she can back that up.
C&D winner has struggled of late (refused to race in July) and fared no better following a breathing operation when 5¼ lengths ninth of 14 to Canaria Queen in handicap at Carlisle (5f, soft) 12 days ago. Mark is in freefall but others more reliable.
4-time C&D winner posted best effort of season when runner-up here in May but not in the same form since, 7¾ lengths twelfth of 14 to Canaria Queen in handicap (33/1) at Carlisle (5f, soft) 12 days ago, slowly away. Hard to be confident unless market hints at a revival.
C&D winner opened her account for the season at Musselburgh in July. Shaped better than the beaten distance when fifth of 11 in handicap at Musselburgh (5f, good, 11/2) 8 days ago, again slowly away. Capable from this sort of mark but needs things to fall right.
Course winner has been in and out in recent months. 7¾ lengths thirteenth of 14 to Canaria Queen in handicap (20/1) at Carlisle (5f, soft) 12 days ago, again slowly away. On a career-low mark but will need plenty to go her way.
Thirty-one runs since last win in 2023. Bounced back from a poor effort when respectable third of 11 in handicap at Musselburgh (5f, good) 8 days ago but remains vulnerable for win purposes.
Has shown little in five starts. Drops markedly in trip but hard to make a strong case for.

Forecasts
Thunderstorm Katie (6/4), Giselles Izzy (6/1), Canaria Queen (7/1), Stormy Pearl (15/2), Zaphea (9/1), Fear And Fast (11/1), Ski Angel (12/1), Kyber Crystal (12/1), Sir Benedict (22/1), John Kirkup (28/1), Refuge (50/1), Bring Her Home (80/1)
THUNDERSTORM KATIE is in better heart than recent form figures suggest and may be able to make it 2-2 over this C&D for her in-form yard. Stormy Pearl has been given a chance by the handicapper and could prove a serious danger if able to dominate on the front end. Of the rest, Canaria Queen should remain competitive following her Carlisle success, while Ski Angel is feasibly treated but will need things to fall right if she's to notch a second course victory.
