Foaled May 3. Bangkok colt. Dam, 6f winner (including at 2 yrs), half-sister to useful winner up to 1¼m (stayed 2m) Swing Alone. Betting can likely guide as to expectations on debut for yard who have been firmly amongst the winners in recent weeks.
Magna Grecia colt who is bred to need time and distance and he showed only greenness when eleventh of 12 in novice at Ripon (8f, good to firm, 14/1) on debut 36 days ago. Passed over for the time being.
Mehmas colt who was easy to back but he offered something to work on when third of 6 in maiden at this C&D (good to firm, 20/1) on debut 30 days ago. Should have more to offer and he's one to consider.
Very green on debut when last of 12 in novice at Ripon (1m) in August but proved much sharper when fifth of 9 in novice (400/1) at Haydock (8f, good) 17 days ago, albeit very much having the run of things.
Once-raced colt. 40/1, looked badly in need of the experience when last of 9 in maiden at Musselburgh (7.1f, good) on debut 51 days ago, running green 2f out and left behind. Best watched.
Ulysses filly who is bred to be useful and she shaped up well when staying on for third in 13-runner maiden (6/1) at Beverley (7.4f, good to firm) on debut 28 days ago. Looks sure to improve on that effort and step up in trip rates a definite plus.
Thrice-raced filly. 66/1, sixth of 9 in maiden at Ripon (6f, good to firm) 27 days ago. Significantly up in trip now but nurseries will see her to better effect moving forward.

Forecasts
Mehsun (11/8), Myrrh (5/2), Maxwellcan (7/2), Beyond The Bar (13/2), Red Rifle (12/1), Queenies Pal (40/1), Wave Power (150/1)
MYRRH produced a promising first effort when third in a Beverley maiden 4 weeks ago, not least with a view to stepping up in trip and David O'Meara's filly could well be the answer with progress distinctly possible. Mehsun is an obvious threat following his solid debut third over C&D, with Red Rifle best of the others.
