Sandown/Newbury form has taken a few knocks and she again showed quirks when below form finishing third of 5 in conditions stakes at Chester (6.1f) 19 days ago. Doesn't look the most straightforward but from a good yard and could take a step forward on handicap debut.
Blitzed her rivals from the front in a Beverley maiden (5f) in May. Matched that form when second on 6f Haydock nursery debut last month but was below form with a hood retained in a listed race at Ripon (6f) last time. Should be more competitive back in a nursery.
Expensive breeze-up purchase. Form of Newbury/Newmarket third looks solid and chased home an improving sort from the William Haggas yard on his qualifying run at Ffos Las (6f, good, 11/8) 21 days ago, pulling clear of rest. Looks a potential improver now handicapping.
Winner at this course last month and has kept on improving, landing a hat-trick with a career best when winning 7-runner nursery at Beverley (5f, good to firm) 25 days ago. Back over 6f and remains one to be interested in seeking a 4-timer.
Got back on track with a tongue strap on for first time (retained) when third of 12 in a maiden at Windsor (6f) in May, a race which produced 5 next time out winners. Has been gelded since and this handicap debutant could be open to improvement for yard who've had a fine season with juveniles.
Big prices when down the field in strong maidens at Newmarket and Goodwood but improved when second of 9 in novice (11/1) at Kempton (7f) 29 days ago, having run of race. Back down in trip for handicap debut and further improvement not ruled out.

Forecasts
Gouken (15/8), Aspect Island (4/1), Elara May (4/1), Saucy Jane (5/1), Vlad (5/1), Coyy (7/1), Entailed (14/1), Ecclefechan (20/1)
Hard to discount any of these but expensive breeze-up buy GOUKEN has solid form in novices and may well improve to make a winning nursery debut. Course winner Elara May is progressive and looks the main danger bidding for a 4-timer, while the form of Coyy's Windsor third has worked out well and he could be interesting if ready to roll on first start following a break/gelding operation.
