AW performer with one course win at Chelmsford who finished sixth of 9 in a handicap at Kempton (11/1) just 3 days ago. Has shown an ability to perform well after a quick turnaround previously.
Ran two good thirds in 8f handicaps before finishing fifth of 8 at Lingfield (11/4) 5 days ago, flattening out after making headway. Blinkers and tongue strap back on. Without a win in 37 races.
Won a 7f handicap at Wolverhampton (AW) on penultimate start on first outing for current yard. Did too much too soon at Brighton last time and worth another chance.
Seventh of 10 in 9f handicap at Wolverhampton (14/1) 12 days ago, taking a step in the right direction but posing little win threat after a break. Drop back to 8f could help.
Better runs have come at this trip, including 3rd at Kempton (AW) in July. Made no impression in first-time blinkers back at 7f following a typically sluggish start at Chelmsford 3 weeks ago. Blinkers now removed.
Showed improved form sent handicapping when second of 7 in handicap at Chelmsford City (17/2) 21 days ago, taking strong hold and running on late after making headway 2f out. First-time hood today, could have more to offer if getting a stronger pace to aim at.
Has done well since switched to handicap company, improving further in a first-time hood when readily off the mark in 8-runner event at Brighton (11/4) 43 days ago. Uncertain to be suited by this step back up in trip returned to AW.
Has shown very little in three starts, finishing ninth of 10 at Kempton (200/1) 13 days ago when never involved in a first-time hood. Making handicap debut and improvement needed.

Forecasts
Ernie's Valentine (10/3), Dandy G Boy (10/3), Campani (7/2), Rogue Officer (9/2), Francesi (6/1), Moonlight Bomb (12/1), Pacifist (14/1), Scheming (40/1)
DANDY G BOY improved to make a winning start for this yard at Wolverhampton in July and, having done too much too soon when fourth at Brighton on most recent outing, he's well worth another chance. Rogue Officer showed much improved form when runner-up over C&D 21 days ago and may have more to offer in a first-time hood, particularly if getting a strong pace to aim at. Ernie's Valentine is another to consider turned out again quickly from his reduced mark.
