Made a successful return to hurdles over C&D in June. Ran poorly back here next time and beaten over 20 lengths when third at Stratford since. Needs to recapture that winning form.
Three-time winner over fences at Worcester. Another good effort there when second in July but took a heavy fall back there 4 weeks ago and now reverts to hurdles for the first time since summer 2023.
C&D winner in a productive spell over hurdles in the first half of last season but not in the same form in 3 outings this term. His handicap mark has come down as a result but can only watch at present.
Perth winner off 1 lb higher last summer and back to that sort of form with cheekpieces added (retained) when third of 11 over 23f at Market Rasen last month. Claims if showing up here in a similar mood.
Better with each start this season, finishing second of 12 over C&D in July. Every chance he can go one better now.
Completed a Newton Abbot hat-trick in June/July. Came unstuck in a C&D Class 2 at the end of July but no surprise were he to resume his progression back in a lower grade. A must for the shortlist.
Came good in 23f Hexham maiden hurdle in May. Not in the same form when turned over at short odds in a 2½m novice there later that month but this return to a longer trip should see him in a better light back from 4 months off.
Maiden hurdle winner for Tony Carroll in July. Left that stable after finishing third of 4 in a Stratford novice 4 weeks ago and has joined another yard which is sending out winners on a regular basis. Has refitted tongue tie and cheekpieces combined for the first time.
Successful over hurdles at Huntingdon in spring 2023 and has scored 4 times on the Flat since, including in a small field at Musselburgh last month. Well last of 4 at Beverley a fortnight later and now back hurdling for the first time in over 2 years.
Transformed by the refitting of a hood when completing a hat-trick around 3m last November. Shaped as if back in form when third of 8 at Sedgefield (27f) 12 days ago, weakening late as if the trip just stretched her. Considered.
Opened account at Ludlow in October last autumn. Placed 3 times since but wasn't at his best back from 3 months off at Market Rasen 31 days ago. Has first-time cheekpieces added to his regular tongue tie on the back of that.

Keel Strand (7/2), Gwash (4/1), Roger Pol (5/1), Pike Road (6/1), You Some Girl (8/1), Galata Bridge (9/1), Isle Of Sark (11/1), Dinons (12/1), Of Course You Can (14/1), Tiger Orchid (18/1), Sacchoandvanzetti (20/1), Red Force One (50/1)
GWASH could be the way to go if in the same form as when second over C&D on his latest start but there are a few possible dangers in what looks a competitive opener. Keel Strand can get straight back to form returned to a lower grade and is second choice ahead of You Some Girl, who shaped as if back on song at Sedgefield recently, and Galata Bridge.
