Age: 9| Weight: 11-12| J: Charlotte Jones| T: James Moffatt| OR: 115| D

13/2

Back on form when runner-up in a C&D handicap (heavy) last month. Has first-time tongue tie added to cheekpieces now.

Form: 4-34672

Beny Nahar Road^h,t³⁵

Age: 6| Weight: 11-10| J: Jamie Hamilton| T: H Hogarth| OR: 113

16/5

Has been going the right way over fences, winning at Sedgefield (19f) in April and Southwell (2m) in June. Unlucky to finish closer (denied a run early on run-in) when beaten just over a length into fourth over 21f here last month. Will have no issue dropping back in trip. Player.

Form: F1-3124

No But I Will^v³⁵

Age: 8| Weight: 11-9| J: Charlie Price⁽³⁾| T: R L Llewellyn| OR: 112

6/4

Not straightforward and hasn't won since chase debut but he arrives on the back of 3 placed efforts this summer, on the latest collared only close home over 21f here last month. Visor back on.

Form: 42P-232

Cuzco Du Mathan^v³⁵

Age: 7| Weight: 11-6| J: Danny McMenamin| T: James Moffatt| OR: 109| CD

13/2

Course regular who won a brace of C&D novice handicaps last summer. Hasn't been in the same form in 2 outings here this time round but the handicapper has cut him a bit of slack.

Form: 6121-47

High Moon^p,t³⁵

Age: 10| Weight: 11-2| J: B S Hughes| T: R Menzies| OR: 105

8/1

Over 2 years since last win and often flatters to deceive, again finding less than looked likely when second at Hexham in June. Finished just over 12 lengths behind Beny Nahar Road when sixth over 21f here last time and opposable again.

Form: 53-3226

Forecasts

No But I Will (6/4), Dog Fox (9/4), Beny Nahar Road (16/5), Cuzco Du Mathan (13/2), Hurricane Ali (13/2), Glory And Honour (15/2), High Moon (8/1)

BENY NAHAR ROAD has been in cracking form since the spring and might be good for another win having shaped well over a longer trip here last time. Chase newcomer Dog Fox arrives on the back of a win over hurdles and is second choice ahead of the consistent, if frustrating, No But I Will.
