Dual course and distance winner who has struggled to find form this season. Tenth of 13 in handicap at Windsor (12/1) 31 days ago, dwelt at the start and made headway 2f out before weakening. Drop in grade may help.
Poor form this year, came last of 11 in handicap at this C&D (100/1) 105 days ago, never a threat. First-time tongue strap applied following a break but leap of faith required.
Won a conditions race at Lingfield (7f) in June but headstrong and weakened when 7th of 9 back in handicap over 8f at Lingfield (10/1) 17 days ago. First-time visor replaces cheekpieces. Should appreciate the return to 7f and can be competitive if settling better.
Has shown little in five starts, including when last of 9 on C&D debut, and was beaten 17 lengths when fifth of 7 in handicap at Ripon (16/1) 33 days ago. First-time cheekpieces today but is hard to fancy unless market hints at an improved showing.
Had been running creditably on the all-weather earlier this year but not in the same form turf subsequently. Fourth of 9 in handicap at Newcastle over 5f (7/1) 20 days ago, running below previous AW form but further drop in class and step up in trip could see him make more of an impact.
Lightly-raced maiden showed improvement when third of 8 in handicap at Windsor (13/2) after joining new stable. Seventh of 13 in handicap at Lingfield (15/2) 9 days ago, kept on despite sluggish start and coming wide home turn. Should appreciate return to this course where previously ran well.
Has shown some promise in handicaps with a third at Yarmouth and two fourth-placed efforts this season. Finished last of 11 in a handicap at Newmarket (200/1) 5 days ago when 10lb out of the handicap. Returns to AW in a more realistic grade and ought to be competitive.
Still looking for first success and has been struggling for form, faring no better in a change of headgear when ninth of 11 at Leicester (20/1) 35 days ago, slowly into stride and always behind. Visor now removed and had plenty to find.
Yet to win in 8 starts, most recently finishing second of 8 in 7f handicap at Wolverhampton (11/1) 213 days ago (winner one again next time). Claims if arriving in the same form following a break.

Forecasts
Polar Rebel (9/2), Rokuni (9/2), Vitalline (9/2), Adace (13/2), South Kensington (7/1), Fallen Soldier (15/2), Invincible Love (15/2), Shades Of May (12/1), Rajlakshmi (18/1)
FALLEN SOLDIER has been below form of late but this is a far lesser race than he was contesting earlier in the season and the significant step up in trip on his preferred all-weather surface could bring about an improved showing. He's preferred to Rokuni who is on a workable mark and returns to the all-weather facing a more realistic assignment, while Adace is a dual course and distance winner who isn't discounted having eased grade.
- Fallen Soldier15/2
