LAMBOURN became the twentieth horse to complete the Epsom/Irish Derby double 7 weeks ago and looks capable of defying a penalty back down in class at a track which should suit his aggressive style. The unbeaten Carmers won a strong renewal of the Queen's Vase at Royal Ascot and rates the main threat ahead of Mount Kilimanjaro, who did well to win the Dee Stakes at Chester in the spring.
