Ran well at Newbury and Chester earlier this year but finished sixth of 10 in handicap at Newbury (10/3) 14 days ago, effort faded 1f out. Returns to a C&D where previously successful (all 3 wins gained at this track).

TEAM PLAYER has been in excellent form upon joining Gemma Tutty, finding only an improving type too good in a much stronger handicap at Ascot recently. He makes plenty of appeal, though Percy Jones, something of a Wolverhampton specialist, is a threat, while Haptics is in the right hands to cast aside a shocker last time.
