Lightly-raced colt. 13/2, sixth of 9 in handicap at Newmarket (10f, good to firm). Off 94 days. Up in trip on debut for new yard and he could have a part to play if able to get back on track.
Lightly-raced gelding. 7/1, sixth of 7 in maiden at Down Royal (7.1f, good). Off 13 months and stamina has to be taken on trust now taking a big jump up in trip.
Sea The Stars gelding. Brother to useful 1m winner Fresnel, closely related to useful 11f-15f winner Fortunino and half-brother to 1¾m winner Military Tycoon. Winning newcomers for this yard are few and far between, so probably best to look elsewhere on this occasion.
Thrice-raced gelding. 5/1, third of 8 in maiden at Leopardstown (10f, good) 33 days ago. Back up in trip and he should make his presence felt.
Once-raced gelding. 3/1, second of 16 in maiden at Galway (8.3f, good to soft) on debut 17 days ago, just failing. Significantly up in trip and this son of Dark Angel is open to improvement.
Twice-raced gelding. 300/1, eleventh of 13 in maiden at Leopardstown (9f, good) 12 days ago. Significantly up in trip.
Twice-raced colt. 80/1, fifth of 18 in maiden at Galway (12.2f, good to soft) 20 days ago. Probably more one for handicaps in due course.
€30,000 yearling, Kodiac filly. Half-sister to 1m winner Eccentric. Dam twice-raced half-sister to useful 7f-9.4f winner Duchess Andorra. One to note in the betting.

Forecasts
Sears Crossing (2/1), Juniper Sling (5/2), Smithfield (11/4), Bryant (3/1), Superficial (6/1), Devine Genius (11/1), Sea Lantern (12/1), Master Sydney (12/1), A Pearl Starling (33/1), Sporting Aclaim (200/1)
JUNIPER SLING was too keen when fifth at Bellewstown and, in the hope that she settles better this time, the Sea The Stars filly is taken to build on her debut promise here. It probably wasn't a strong maiden in which Smithfield went down narrowly on his introduction at Galway, but he's entitled to improve and is second choice ahead of Sears Crossing. Also shortlisted is Bryant on his first run for the Adrian Murray yard and newcomer A Pearl Star needs a second look in the betting.
