Thirteen runs since last win in 2023. Ninth of 10 in handicap at Pontefract (6f, good, 18/1) 12 days ago. Has fallen a long way in the weights, but well below par so far this year and hopes pinned on the change of headgear (first-time visor replacing cheekpieces) sparking a revival.

C&D winner. Latest win at Southwell in May. Good third of 10 in handicap (10/1) at Beverley (7.4f, good to firm) 20 days ago. Not getting any younger, but evidently not getting any slower either and should give another good account.
C&D winner. Didn't need to improve to win 7-runner handicap (13/2) at Musselburgh (7.1f, good to firm) 10 days ago, readily. This is tougher, but he remains on a good mark up 5 lb.
Three-time C&D winner. 4 wins from 18 runs this year, the latest here in July. 8/1, 5¼ lengths sixth of 7 to Patontheback in handicap at Musselburgh (7.1f, good to firm) 10 days ago. Shouldn't be judged too harshly on that and she merits respect.
4/1 and blinkered for 1st time, respectable 2¼ lengths fourth of 10 to Koji in handicap at Thirsk (6f, good) 16 days ago, barely adequate test. Cheekpieces back on and, now 4 lb better off with Koji, he should finish closer to that rival here.
Three wins from 14 runs this year. 7/2, career best when winning 8-runner handicap at Brighton (7f, good) 11 days ago, driven out. 4 lb rise fair enough and he has to enter calculations in current form.
9/2, career best when winning 10-runner handicap at this C&D (good to soft) 26 days ago. 2 lb nudge fair another and while a new personal best will be needed if he's to follow up,
Last of 10 in handicap at Wolverhampton (9.5f, 7/1). Off 140 days and back down in trip on turf debut/first run for yard after leaving Richard Hughes. Others preferred.
First run since leaving Ivan Furtado when career best when winning 10-runner handicap at Thirsk (6f, good, 66/1) 16 days ago, slowly away. Solid chance if able to build on that here with the return to 7f a good move.
28/1, creditable fifth of 10 in handicap at Southwell (7.1f) 17 days ago, not ideally placed. On a workable mark, but looks vulnerable all the same.

Forecasts
Emerald Army (4/1), Travis (9/2), Saisons D'Or (11/2), Miakoda (6/1), Patontheback (13/2), Langholm (15/2), Coconut Bay (8/1), Koji (17/2), The Green Man (10/1), Groundsman (10/1), Reputation (16/1), Pink Petunia (100/1)
The gap was only 2¼ lengths between KOJI and Travis recently at Thirsk where the former was making his debut for this yard and opened his turf account at the twelfth time of asking. Travis renews rivalry on 4 lb better terms here, but it could be that things have now clicked for Koji and she is taken to strike again with the return to this trip likely to be in her favour. Miakoda is in good form and also has claims, along with Coconut Bay and Saisons d'Or.
