Multiple placed efforts over C&D this summer, latest when second of 9 in handicap 7 days ago, making a bold move to lead before being headed inside the final furlong. Only beaten by a well-treated rival that day and may well go one better here.

Experienced handicapper who finished second over a mile here 35 days ago and ran respectably when 7th of 9 in handicap at this C&D (22/1) 7 days ago. Should remain competitive with cheekpieces back on.
Has been running creditably at Ayr over 10f and ended long losing run when landing a 9-runner C&D handicap (15/2) 7 days ago. Again races without usual tongue strap but isn't the obvious type to follow up under a penalty given his temperamental side.
Two wins at Ayr but eighth of 9 in handicap at this C&D (6/1) 7 days ago when prominent before weakening. Often reserves best efforts for this track but does need to bounce back from a below-par effort.
Modest flat performer with just one win from 20 starts, ninth of 21 in handicap at Leopardstown (14/1) 11 days ago, raced well off the pace and merely passing beaten horses late on. In far calmer waters here and interesting to see if market suggests she's ready to capitalise on falling mark.
Modest form in handicaps for Adrian Keatley, before finishing fifth of 10 in handicap at Ayr (7.2f) 7 days ago, never better than mid-field on first run for new trainer. Up markedly in trip and now tried in first-time tongue strap. Improvement to find but it's still early days.

Little pace on but SOPHIESTICATE has been knocking on the door at this track with multiple placed efforts over C&D, including a good second 7 days ago when making a bold move before being headed late. This consistent filly looks well placed to break her losing run. Cisco Disco ended a near 3-year drought with a win here last week but carries a penalty and can be temperamental, while Galician Girl finds herself in easier company than last time and isn't dismissed from a falling handicap mark.
