C&D listed winner last year who very much got his act together for his new stable last month, building on Chester listed second when springing a 25/1 surprise in Group 2 Lennox at Glorious Goodwood. Has a penalty to shoulder for that but should still be very competitive.
Smart performer when on-song, landing a 7f Haydock listed event on his reappearance (first run since being gelded). Hasn't reproduced that form since, including well behind Witness Stand in the Lennox at Goodwood. A first-time tongue tie is added to his blinkers now.
Lightly-raced Kingman colt who placed for a third time at Group level when 1¾ lengths second of 11 to Rage of Bamby in Hackwood over 6f here (good) on reappearance in July, staying on as if this return to 7f will suit. Enters the reckoning.
Very much on the up for current yard (formerly with Sir Michael Stoute), making up for his near miss in the Wokingham when coming out on top in another tight finish in the Bunbury Cup at Newmarket (7f, good). Can take the step up to Group level in his stride.
Useful filly who resumed progress to win 6f listed event at Salisbury in May. Just as good when fourth to Rage of Bamby in 6f Hackwood here last month and a poor draw/slow start scuppered her at Glorious Goodwood since.
Better than ever when taking the Group 3 Chartwell on Lingfield reappearance (7f, good to firm) in May. Found a 6f Royal Ascot Group 1 too hot to handle since but this is more realistic back from 8 weeks off.
Career best when making a breakthrough at pattern level in the Group 3 Hackwood over 6f here (good) 4 weeks ago, proving 1¾ lengths too strong for the reopposing King's Gamble. Raced mainly at sprint trips but Group placed over 7f as a juvenile.
Improved model this year, dominant winner of a Kempton novice (7f) in March and surpassed that when second to Cosmic Year in 7f listed race at Newmarket in May. Placed at listed level again when third at Chester (7f, good to firm) last month but improvement needed in this higher grade.
Has quickly reached a very useful level, making all in a 6f Yarmouth novice before second in Group 3 Jersey at Royal Ascot (7f, good to firm). Fine 2½ lengths seventh of 14 to No Half Measures in Group 1 July Cup at Newmarket (6f, good) last month. May do better again.
Much improved when making a winning reappearance in Group 3 Fred Darling over C&D (good) in April. Her fourth in the Irish 1,000 Guineas is comfortably her best effort in 3 outings at Group 1 level over 1m since. The drop back to 7f may help this enthusiastic type.

Forecasts
More Thunder (6/4), King's Gamble (5/1), Witness Stand (13/2), Spy Chief (15/2), Rage Of Bamby (11/1), Marvelman (12/1), Great Generation (12/1), Alyanaabi (20/1), Fair Angellica (25/1), Duty First (28/1)
The progressive MORE THUNDER can make a successful jump from top-level handicaps to Group company. Last month's Hackwood 1-2 Rage of Bamby and King's Gamble head the dangers along with improving 3-y-o Spy Chief.
