Dance To The Music⁸⁴

Age: 2| Weight: 9-2| J: Billy Loughnane| T: C Appleby

11/4

Promising start to her career when landing a 6f novice on the Rowley Course (good to firm) 12 weeks ago. It's taken a bit of time to get her back to the track but she surely has more to offer for leading connections.

11/4

Made the perfect start in a 6f Chelmsford maiden in June. Better form when fourth in the Chesham at Royal Ascot (7f, good to firm) and Superlative over C&D (good) since. Would have gone closer here last time but for hanging badly left and big player if she can plot a straighter course now.

Form: 144

Forecasts

Midnight Tango (7/4), Dance To The Music (11/4), Venetian Lace (11/4), Princess Petrol (8/1), Sapphire Steps (12/1), True Test (12/1)

MIDNIGHT TANGO very much caught the eye when a fast-finishing second in a 6f course listed event in June. Her subsequent fourth in the Princess Margaret at Ascot was no bad run and she gets the vote now stepping up to 7f with Oisin Murphy taking the reins for the first time. The Johnston stable has a good recent record in this race and Venetian Lace could be a big threat if keeping straighter than she did in the Superlative over C&D at the July meeting. Dance To The Stars is next on the list.
