SKIMMING ALONG shaped as if still in top form when fourth at this course 6 weeks ago, taking too long to get going but finishing with plenty in the tank, and this longer trip on his handicap debut looks ideal. A Mere Bagatelle ran creditably starting out for this yard at Carlisle after a break and also appeals with cheekpieces back on, while Autumn's Breeze is working her way back to form.
