Debut scorer at Southwell (5f) back in April but yet to build on that, well beaten on handicap debut at Haydock (6f) 15 days ago. Handicapper has given some respite and he ought to be more competitive now dropped in class.

Palace Pier filly improved from her debut to get off the mark on first turf start (at long odds) when landing a 12-runner maiden at Yarmouth (6f, good) 21 days ago, coming home strongly to defeat a next time out winner. Remains open to improvement on nursery debut.
Well backed and improved when runner-up at Nottingham (6f) last month pulling clear with a subsequent winner, for all she was drawn on the quickest part of the track. No excuses when fourth in a Southwell maiden (6f) 5 days ago but should give a good account now handicapping back on turf.
Plenty to like about her pedigree and has shown ability in maidens, latest when back on track finishing a close fourth of 10 in a maiden at Pontefract (6f, good) 39 days ago, running on. May do better still now switched to nurseries.
Strong in the betting when third (behind Blue to Blue) in a 5-runner maiden at Southwell on debut. Hasn't progressed from that run but was found to have an irregular heartbeat when running poorly at Wolverhampton 52 days ago. Gelded since and could bounce back with Murphy aboard on handicap debut.
Showcasing filly who showed more than previously when third in a Chepstow maiden (5.1f, soft) and duly improved upped in trip when successful on nursery debut at Kempton (7f) last month, staying on to lead near finish. In excellent hands and no surprise to see her progress again back on turf.
Iffraaj gelding justified support down in grade when landing 9-runner claimer at Beverley (5f) in May but faced a much stiffer task when well held in a Musselburgh seller over the same trip the following month. Looked ready for the step up to 6f that day but this looks tougher again.

Forecasts
Khuskhas (11/4), Magic Box (10/3), Blue To Blue (9/2), Arduis Invicta (9/2), There's A Chance (9/1), Head For Freedom (11/1), Red Savitar (11/1)
In an open-looking nursery, KHUSKHAS may be the answer having stayed on strongly to get off the mark in a Yarmouth maiden 3 weeks ago (beat a subsequent winner) and she appeals as the type to keep on improving in handicaps. Magic Box was successful on handicap debut at Kempton last time and remains open to progress back on turf, while Blue to Blue should appreciate this drop in grade.
