Creditable fourth of 20 in handicap at Newcastle (16.2f, 11/1) 17 days ago. Each-way chance.
Lightly-raced winner on the Flat. Fairly useful 17f hurdles winner. Career best when winning 21-runner handicap at Navan (14f, good, 9/2) 38 days ago, staying on well. 10 lb rise in the weights could find him out.
Won 16-runner handicap hurdle (22/1) at Fairyhouse (16f, soft) 84 days ago. Significantly back up in trip and this veteran is not taken lightly.
Creditable fifth of 16 in handicap (33/1) at the Curragh (12f, good) 18 days ago. Significantly back up in trip and he's not without each-way hope.
Very good eighth of 25 in handicap (40/1) at the Curragh (16f, good) 16 days ago, never nearer. Opposable.
35 lengths eleventh of 12 to Jesse Evans in Grimes Hurdle at Tipperary (16f, good to soft, 33/1) 12 days ago. Up in trip and having failed to fire on latest start in this sphere, he's probably worth taking on.
40/1, bit below form 11¾ lengths tenth of 21 to Ragmans Corner in handicap at Navan (14f, good) 38 days ago. Up in trip and cheekpieces on first time and tongue strap refitted.
Won 6-runner novice chase (11/4) at Tipperary (19.7f, good to soft) 14 days ago. Fair on the Flat, creditable on last Flat run. Couldn't rule out.

Ragmans Corner (9/4), Dark Note (3/1), La Vita Nova (4/1), Tribal Star (11/2), Feud (6/1), Lord Erskine (13/2), Zanahiyr (15/2), Crassus (10/1), Arch Enemy (12/1), Curious Bride (12/1), The Names Jock (28/1)
There should better to come from LA VITA NOVA, who has acquitted herself well in a couple of handicaps at the Curragh since returning to action, latterly coming home a good fourth in a pretty valuable, 25-runner contest upped to 2m. The daughter of Gleaneagles is unexposed and shades preference ahead of smart jumps performer Zanahiyr, who was having his first run on the Flat for almost 5 years when fourth of 15 over this C&D in May. The consistent Tribal Star is also high on the shortlist.
