Arrives in good heart having again ran creditably when third of 11 in handicap at Newbury (10f, good to firm, 33/1) 28 days ago, having had run of race. Has proven himself effective over this longer trip but unlikely to enjoy such an uncontested lead here.
Won over a similar trip at Chelmsford on most recent Flat outing in October and arrives on the back of his best effort over hurdles when a close third of 6 in handicap hurdle at Worcester (16f, good to firm, 9/4) 15 days ago, sticking to task well. Looks a player back on the Flat.
Continued his progression in handicaps to get off the mark upped in distance when winning 5-runner handicap at Lingfield (13f, good to firm) 12 days ago. Should remain competitive over this longer trip.
Course winner was given a typically positive ride when respectable 8 lengths second of 6 to Cloudy Rose in handicap (11/8) at Brighton (11.9f, good) 16 days ago, no match for winner. Back up in trip and respected for trainer/jockey who have a good record in these races this season.
Off the mark at Bath (17.1f) in testing conditions at the end of last season. Off 9 weeks prior to finishing 13½ lengths fourth of 6 to Cloudy Rose in handicap (5/2) at Brighton (11.9f, good) 16 days ago. This could be run to suit and no surprise if she's much more competitive back up in trip.
4-time winner for James Owen who showed benefit of a recent run for new stable when resuming winning ways in 7-runner handicap at Leicester (11.8f) 2 weeks ago. Ought to be competitive stepping back up in distance.
Enhanced fine course record and posted a career best when winning a 6-runner handicap at Brighton (11.9f, good, 85/40) 16 days ago by 8 lengths from Throne Hall. Handicapper hasn't overreacted and she can give another good account from this mark.
Fourteen runs since last win in 2024 and turned in second underwhelming effort in a row when last of 8 in handicap (4/1) at Beverley (12.1f, good to firm) 16 days ago. Bit to prove.

Cloudy Rose (10/3), Buxted Reel (4/1), Liberated Lad (4/1), Throne Hall (4/1), French Martini (13/2), One Million Dreams (15/2), Sea Of Charm (10/1), Khangai (25/1), Arch Legend (40/1)
A trappy contest with most arriving in form. There's potential for plenty of pace on and this could be run to suit FRENCH MARTINI who proved her stamina when winning over further than this in testing ground at Bath last season. She's only 1 lb above that winning mark and is marginally preferred to Cloudy Rose who finished ahead of her at Brighton last time. She can go well from 5 lb higher, while fellow last time out winner One Million Dreams could progress again over this slightly longer trip.
