10f winner from this mark last season and showed he retained all his ability (following 9 months off) when creditable third of 7 in handicap at Salisbury (12f) 15 days ago, travelled well and likely to have finished closer had he not been hemmed in. One to be interested in down in grade.
C&D winner (heavy) who stepped up on reappearance run when taking 14-runner handicap at Southwell (12.1f) in April. Again ran well when third over 14f here 8 days ago, travelled well. Claims back down in trip.
Fair performance in a much higher grade when sixth in an 18-runner handicap in March. Has been below form in lesser events since but looks well treated if he can bounce back in a change of headgear.
Lightly-raced and has shown fair form in handicaps for current connections, latest run with cheekpieces on for first time (retained) when a creditable second of 6 in handicap at Wolverhampton (12.2f, 2/1) 27 days ago, only beaten by an improver. Makes appeal back on turf.
Has shown no more than modest form in maiden/novice company but is bred to stay this longer trip and could make more of an impact now handicapping. One to keep an eye on for market support.
Well held in a trio of all-weather maidens but looks to have been campaigned with handicaps in mind. Could have more to offer over this longer trip on handicap/turf debut.
Minimal impact in three runs over inadequate trips in recent months but is from a good family and is bred to stay middle distances. Open to improvement now stepped up in trip for handicap debut.

Forlio (9/4), Forest Hills (7/2), Nivelle's Magic (9/2), Calibos (9/2), Soho Legend (13/2), Burano Murano (12/1), Sky Dancer (20/1), Maximus Decimus (25/1)
A competitive handicap and it might pay to take a chance on Irish raider FORLIO who is well handicapped on the best of his form and could capitalise on his falling mark in a change of headgear. Forest Hills shaped well on reappearance at Salisbury earlier this month and makes appeal down in grade, while Nivelle's Magic again ran well at this course when third over a longer trip 8 days ago. Any support for the handicap debutants should be noted, especially the well-bred Soho Legend.
