Fit from the jumps but likely found firm ground too lively on reappearance and was unable to show his best over a slowly run race over 10f at Windsor earlier this month. Prefers it softer but could improve for the stiffer test.

TURQUINO hasn't been seen to best effect in handicaps to date but the combination of a longer trip and drop in class may see him record a third victory in 5 career starts. Last time out winner Gravitas is feared most now stepping up in distance, with William Buick an eye-catching jockey on handicap debut, while Nap Hand may relish this stiffer test having been unsuited by a slowly-run 10f at Windsor last time.
