Far Above colt was well held when eleventh of 13 in a novice (8/1) at Carlisle (5.8f, soft) on debut 28 days ago, slowly away and raced very wide. Improvement to find but should have learned plenty from that experience.

Fourth in the Brocklesby on debut and was only bettered by a promising debutant when runner-up over 6f on penultimate start. Ran respectably upped to 7f when fourth in a Leicester maiden earlier this month. Solid claims with Tom Marquand aboard for the first time on all-weather debut.

Narrowly denied on debut over 5f and matched that form when again beaten in a close finish in a 7f Chester seller 13 days ago, running all bar an unexposed one off their feet. Makes all-weather debut and has to be respected back in a modest maiden.

Showed more than on debut when third of 13 in seller at Chester (7f, good to firm) 13 days ago, finishing just over a length behind Ubetterseethis. Carried head a bit awkwardly under pressure that day but could be open to improvement on just her third career start.

Not the strongest maiden and Brocklesby fourth KANISHKA sets the form standard on what he's achieved so far. Ubetterseethis nearly made all in a valuable Chester seller last time and rates the main danger back in maiden company, ahead of Crystal Aurora who finished a creditable third in the same race. Richard Fahey and Billy Garrity combined for a juvenile winner last week and Clear Above could make more of an impact second time up.
