Won a 5f all-weather handicap at Lingfield in April. Finished fifth of 9 in handicap at Southwell (11/2) 12 days ago, never able to get involved from off the pace. Handicapper has given her a chance.

Has shown improvement since switching to handicaps, finishing third in both starts this year. Third of 11 in 6f handicap at Salisbury (9/2) 28 days ago, diving left leaving stalls. Chance but will need to be sharper from the stalls to make more of an impact back at 5f

Lightly-raced gelding who won on all-weather debut at this course having shown a gutsy attitude. Ninth of 11 in handicap at Kempton (9/4) 36 days ago when going off too hard and weakening late. Best excused that run and returns to scene of sole victory with solid claims.

One win from 13 starts. Ran creditably when fourth of 8 in 5f turf handicap at Lingfield (50/1) 9 days ago, making headway but no extra at finish. Should remain competitive.

Some promise on three starts for Craig Lidster but worrying stable debut, last of 9 in handicap at Southwell (16/1) 12 days ago when virtually refusing to race. Needs treating with caution.

Career best when a winner of a weak handicap over course and distance in January, but ran too badly to be true when finishing last of 7 in handicap at Newcastle (9/2) 79 days ago when folding tamely after being prominent early. Given a break and should be right in the mix if bouncing back to form.

Yet to better modest form in 5 career starts, finishing 4th of 8 in handicap at Chepstow (11/2) over 5f 22 days ago when hampered at the start before racing in touch. Doesn't have many miles on the clock but needs to take a step forward back on the all-weather.

Forecasts

Cheeky Stanley (9/4), Jagetme (10/3), Love Rock (4/1), Art Of Fox (9/2), She Went Whoosh (15/2), Flicka's Girl (14/1), The Voominator (33/1)

Verdict

LOVE ROCK posted her best effort to date when winning over C&D and having been given a break following a disappointing run last time, she's taken to get back on track. Cheeky Stanley showed a gutsy attitude when scoring at this course previously and may bounce back having gone off too hard at Kempton last time, while Jagetme has been knocking on the door with two third-place finishes in recent handicaps and may fare best of the rest if breaking more sharply.
