Dual-novice winner at Newcastle first 2 starts a year apart. Finished fifth of 8 in handicap at Nottingham (11/2) 26 days ago when slowly into stride and never landed a blow. Hood removed for step up in trip and has to prove he can be as effective on turf.
Minor winner in Ireland and represents leading owner but little to shout about both starts for this yard in 2024. Lots to prove on reappearance.
Shaped well when fifth of 15 at Doncaster on reappearance after being gelded and built on that when second over C&D 20 days ago, unlucky not to win after meeting traffic problems and finishing well. Little doubt that he's capable of winning from current mark.
Showed improved form when third at Ripon in April following 7-month absence, but went backwards when eighth of 11 in handicap (8/1) at Ripon 40 days ago, racing off the pace and never on terms. Others more persuasive.
Ran poorly in higher grade at Chester but back down to his correct level, he was third of 8 in a handicap at Beverley (33/1) 12 days ago, staying on well and nearest at the finish under inexperienced jockey. Looking capable of building on that back up in trip.
Ayr winner from 1 lb higher in July and has shown signs of returning to form recently, posting a respectable third of 6 in handicap at Ayr (5/2) on latest start 15 days ago. Step back up in trip looks a positive move so he's on the shortlist.
Won novice at Southwell in December but hasn't kicked on in handicaps, finishing seventh of 9 at Newcastle (10f, AW) 25 days ago (18/1) failing to improve for first-time visor. Cheekpieces now employed on first turf start since debut.
Won twice in handicaps in April-May, latterly at this venue over 11f. Readily brushed aside at Ayr a fortnight ago.
C&D winner who turned in a rare poor effort when seventh of 8 in handicap at this course over 8f (2/1) 32 days ago, reportedly unsuited by quicker conditions. Type to bounce back given overall profile.
Ended 2204 in top form and stepped up on reappearance when fifth of 8 in a handicap at this course over 8f (20/1) 32 days ago, making headway but finding no extra late on. Back up in trip.
Ran well when third of 13 at Musselburgh in April but form has dipped since, finishing fifth of 6 in handicap at Ayr over 8f (8/1) 15 days ago. Cheekpieces removed and steps up in trip but others more persuasive.
Consistent in handicaps with three placed efforts in last four starts, finishing third of 7 in handicap at Ayr (2/1) 15 days ago when running respectably in first-time cheekpieces. Without a win in 25 races though and now tries a new trip.

Bubbles Wonky (10/3), Indalo (7/2), Pisanello (13/2), Epidavros (7/1), Good Heavens (15/2), Yermanthere (17/2), Hale End (10/1), Detective (16/1), King Chaos (18/1), Mister Daydream (18/1), Beltane (28/1), Shine On Brendan (33/1)
BUBBLES WONKY shaped like an unlucky loser when second over C&D 20 days ago, meeting traffic problems before finishing strongly. He looks capable of landing this from his current mark. Yermanthere bounced back to form when third at Beverley recently and should appreciate this step up in trip, while Hale End is another to consider with the return to a longer distance also in his favour.

- Yermanthere17/2
- Hale End10/1
