3/1

Revitalised upon joining this yard, recording back-to-back C&D wins in March. Did well to finish so close to the enterprisingly-ridden winner back here 2 weeks ago and remains of interest.

Beny Nahar Road^h,t²⁴

Age: 6| Weight: 11-11| J: Jamie Hamilton| T: H Hogarth| OR: 107

11/2

Failed to get his head in front on Flat/over hurdles for Richard Hughes/Paul Nicholls but belatedly off the mark in 5-runner handicap chase at Sedgefield for present yard in April, holding on gamely. Outpaced at a vital stage back down to this trip at Hexham since, however.

Form: 753F1-3

Gower Prince²⁸

Age: 7| Weight: 11-10| J: Stan Sheppard| T: M Sheppard| OR: 106| D

14/1

Chase debut winner at Wincanton last spring but has failed to add to that tally since, dropping away tamely at Ffos Las 4 weeks ago.

Form: 2327F-P

Delpotro^h,t²¹

Age: 5| Weight: 11-8| J: S Bowen| T: C E Longsdon| OR: 104| D

9/4

Successful 2 out of his 3 starts over fences in France for Gabriel Leenders and back to best when off the mark for this yard at Sedgefield 3 weeks ago, making all under this rider. Should go well again.

Form: 54P32-1

Neigh Botha^p⁵¹

Age: 8| Weight: 11-2| J: Henry Brooke| T: O Greenall & J Guerriero| OR: 98| CD

11/2

Scored over hurdles at Southwell in November but in and out in 3 starts since, only fifth of 6 in handicap hurdle at Stratford 51 days ago. Usual tongue strap left off.

Form: 431P25-

Jaitroplaclasse^t¹⁷

Age: 6| Weight: 11-2| J: Charlie Price⁽³⁾| T: R L Llewellyn| OR: 98

5/1

Lightly raced for Nicky Henderson. Placed twice in 4 handicap chases for this yard, including when second at Bangor last time, no match for a subsequent winner. Not taken lightly.

Form: 66/034-2

Forecasts

Delpotro (9/4), Harel Du Marais (3/1), Jaitroplaclasse (5/1), Beny Nahar Road (11/2), Neigh Botha (11/2), Gower Prince (14/1)

HAREL DU MARAIS did well to finish so close to the enterprisingly-ridden winner over this C&D 2 weeks ago and can enhance his excellent record around here. Sean Bowen got a good tune out of Delpotro when making all at Sedgefield 3 weeks ago and looks the obvious threat.
