4/1

Respectable fifth of 10 in handicap at Wetherby (1m, good to firm, 9/1) 26 days ago, not ideally placed. Second over C&D prior to that. Can give a good account.

Form: 1-52625

9/4

11/4, career best when winning 8-runner handicap at Nottingham (8.3f, good) 14 days ago, making all. Should remain very competitive after a 2 lb nudge.

Form: 130-271

Value Added^t⁴⁵

Mount King^p,t⁶

Age: 5| Weight: 9-2| J: D Allan| T: T D Easterby| OR: 62| BF| CD

5/2

C&D winner. Sixteen runs since last win in 2023. Fine second over 1m at Thirsk on first 2 outings this season but his run of good form there came to a halt when down the field last weekend.

Form: 970-220

25/1

Ended 2024 out of form and fared no better on return to action at Doncaster 4 weeks ago. A first-time visor needs to help spark a revival.

Milteye²²

Weight: 9-7| Age: 5

T: H Bethell J: Non Runner

Forecasts

Highland Olly (9/4), Mount King (5/2), Paris Lights (4/1), Commander Of Life (5/1), Captain Corelli (11/2), Milteye (6/1), My Honey B (25/1), Value Added (40/1)

HIGHLAND OLLY was only nudged up 2 lb for his recent all-the-way Nottingham win and might be able to follow up from a handy inside stall. Milteye can continue his positive start for the Harriet Bethell yard and provide the chief threat ahead of Paris Lights.
