Course winner. Winner here in April. Cheekpieces on for first time, good second of 9 in handicap at Ripon (1m, good to firm, 4/1) 10 days ago, unlucky to bump into one who was on a roll. Solid chance on form.
Still looked a tricky customer wearing hood/cheekpieces on first time, finishing eleventh of 13 in handicap (66/1) at Doncaster (7f, good to firm) 23 days ago. Now tried in blinkers but others preferred.
Confirmed the promise of last run as he got off the mark in 6-runner handicap at Hamilton (6f, good to firm, 7/4) 15 days ago, overcoming some trouble in running in the process. Shapes as though this extra furlong will suit and remains open to improvement.
First run since leaving Craig Lidster when fourth of 5 in handicap (16/1) at Southwell (7f) 29 days ago, unable to sustain effort after moving into contention smoothly. Entitled to come on for that and not ruled out.
Lightly-raced maiden still looked raw when sixth of 8 on handicap debut (11/1) at Southwell (7f) 19 days ago. Likely one for the longer term.
Wasn't seen to best effect when respectable second of 15 in handicap at this course (6f, good to firm) 28 days ago, left poorly placed and denied a clear run. Needs to prove stamina for this extra furlong.
Lightly-raced maiden took a step in the right direction when 11/2, creditable fifth of 9 in handicap at Wolverhampton (7f) 21 days ago. May prove better over a mile.
Winner at Southwell in April but ran below form 5/1, fifth of 8 in handicap at this course (1m, good to firm) 18 days ago. Bit to prove now.
Lightly-raced maiden ran to a similar level as on reappearance when fifth of 10 in handicap (11/2) at Ripon (6f, good to firm) 10 days ago. First-time cheekpieces need to spark some improvement.
Poor form when 25/1, seventh of 11 in nursery at Newcastle (1m). Off 164 days and isn't one to be interested in.

Mister Sky Blue (9/4), We've Got This (10/3), Perfidia (4/1), Makes Me Wonder (5/1), Flamborough Head (13/2), Dovey Moon (8/1), I Can Boogy (12/1), Sharon Curly (12/1), Yorkshire Myth (12/1), I Got Know How (25/1), Vesperado (28/1), Caledonian Dream (33/1)
A competitive handicap to close the card. MISTER SKY BLUE is marginally preferred having recorded a career best when getting off the mark at Hamilton, with potential for further improvement to come over this extra furlong. Makes Me Wonder beat a subsequent 4-time winner last time out and has to be respected, while course winner Flamborough Head has solid claims for last year's winning trainer.
