Won three in a row last summer before placing next two starts. Finished 24th of 27 in handicap at Curragh (40/1) 63 days ago when below form after a break. Switches back to cheekpieces from blinkers and could return to earlier form.
Useful handicapper who won at Galway last August before finishing fifth of 16 in 7f handicap at same course (9/2) in hood 287 days ago, when more patient tactics didn't suit. Off since.
Changed yards in March, showing promise when 7th of 27 in handicap at Curragh on reappearance. Finished 4th of 9 in handicap at Gowran Park over 7f (3/1) 25 days ago, running respectably but unsuited by the shorter trip. Likely to be more competitive back at this mile distance.
Form has tailed off since creditable 4th at Dundalk in February. Finished 8th of 9 in handicap at Cork (7f) at 5/2 twelve days ago without headgear. Needs significant improvement to figure.
Won a maiden at Gowran Park in September 2023. Tenth of 15 in handicap at Leopardstown (5/1) 39 days ago on return from 19 months off, shaping as if needing the run and wasn't knocked about once held. Tongue strap added today and stepping down in trip, he's a fascinating contender.
Won twice in Flat handicaps last autumn, displaying a game attitude when challenged. Finished second of 16 in a maiden hurdle debut at Cork (5/1) 8 days ago, leading much of the way and only headed late. Now stepping down in trip, returns to Flat with more to offer.
Won twice from 11 starts including a 14-runner handicap at Dundalk (11/4) 165 days ago, confirming previous promise with that form working out well. First run for top new yard so has to be taken seriously.
Won a 7f handicap at Curragh (4/1) 36 days ago. Fifth of 10 in handicap at Leopardstown (5/1) 7 days ago, not seen to best effect when upped to 10f with no clear run early in straight. Likely to be much more effective stepping back down in trip.

INSTANT APPEAL has clearly had his share of issues but he's well handicapped on his best form so could be worth chancing on second run back fitted with a tongue tie. Neo Smart and Independent Expert head the opposition.
