Runner-up in an Irish point in January and he built on earlier promise when third of 8 on handicap debut over 2m at Newton Abbot 26 days ago, catching the eye with the ground he made up. Better to come. Interesting. Engaged 2.50 Newton Abbot Wednesday.

Forecasts

Thankyouandplease (6/4), Light Dragoon (7/2), Sambezi (4/1), Stanley Pincombe (9/2), Mount Olympus (15/2), Tommy Dillion (80/1)

MOUNT OLYMPUS showed improved form over hurdles when narrowly denied in a Fakenham maiden last time and is selected to make his first handicap start in this sphere a winning one. Light Dragoon is a possible threat back from a break with the Tom Lacey team in form. Thankyouandplease would also firmly enter the reckoning if showing up after/instead of Newton Abbot on Wednesday.
