Steady progress in maiden/novice hurdles but his 2 efforts since switched to handicaps have resulted in a non-completion (pulled up) and a heavy defeat.
Comes with risks attached (failed to complete first 3 starts since the turn of the year) but, despite again looking reluctant at the start, she kept her quirks in check when getting off the mark in good style at Stratford (2¾m, good) last week. Big chance under a penalty if in a similar mood.
Maiden over hurdles but was a good second off 2 lb higher at Exeter 3 starts back. Not in the same form since (pulled up on chase debut at Ffos Las last time), though, and others make more appeal from a win point of view.
Modest maiden posted his best effort so far in first-time cheekpieces when sixth of 13 at Stratford on penultimate start. Shaped better than the distance beaten suggests with first-time blinkers replacing cheekpieces at Uttoxeter (23.3f, good) next time and he's a player back down in trip here.
Clear promise when a close second in a bumper on sole start for Nicky Henderson in 2023. Well held all 4 runs in this sphere for new yard since returning from a lengthy absence, though, including when sent off a well-backed favourite on her handicap debut at Ludlow.
Still seeking first taste of success (0-17 over hurdles) but has performed with credit on 4 of his half-a-dozen starts since returning to action in October, most notably going close at Lingfield (23f, good to soft) in November. Each-way claims if raring to go on debut for new connections.
Placed all 3 starts in bumpers in France but yet to make an impact on the Flat or over hurdles on these shores.
Finally added to 2021 breakthrough success at Ffos Las when belying odds of 66/1 to land a 2½m handicap there (good) in decisive fashion last week. Elizabeth Gale again in the hot-seat and while it remains to be seen if this 10-y-o will be able to back that up, he'll have every chance if he does.

Forecasts
Getaway With You (2/1), Manala (11/4), Broomfield Gale (7/2), Clover Pass (8/1), Les's Jersey Royal (9/1), Chauffeur Driven (11/1), The Wire Flyer (14/1), Jysuis (16/1), Sandscape (18/1)
Given their somewhat topsy-turvy profiles THE WIRE FLYER and Broomfield Gale shouldn't be too heavily relied upon to reproduce the form of their recent wins at Ffos Las and Stratford respectively. Conversely, their performances were sufficiently taking to make it a risk worth taking and, with Broomfield Gale's reluctance making her the more dicey betting proposition of the two, it's The Wire Flyer who earns the vote. Les's Jersey Royal is best of the rest.
