Fairly useful but ungenuine on Flat (stays 1½m). Has shown fair form over hurdles, including when second in a Fakenham novice in October, but failed to progress in pair of handicaps thereafter (typically taking strong hold) thereafter last year. Off 5 months ahead of this.
Proving pretty consistent prior to resuming winning ways in a 5-runner C&D handicap on penultimate outing last month. Ran creditably from 6 lb higher mark without proving a match for easy winner at Perth (16.2f) 19 days ago and no surprise to see him go well again.
Belatedly shed maiden tag over hurdles with a hood refitted at Downpatrick (17.7f) in August. Left Shark Hanlon thereafter and yet to scale same heights in trio of starts for present stable. Mark has eased further at least ahead of this return and forecast quicker ground may help.
Flat/hurdles winner who has been operating below best under both codes since joining present stable, albeit seeming to find test inadequate when sixth of 10 in handicap at Southwell (11.1f) 13 days ago. Returns to hurdles from a further reduced mark, so not entirely discounted.
Fallen in the weights and showed more spark after 5 months off when runner-up at Ffos Las (15.8f) in April. Confirmed promise of that effort when a wide-margin winner of 11-runner handicap back at that venue 7 days ago and he's worthy of strong consideration under a penalty.
Headstrong sort who took a step back in the right direction following wind surgery when fifth in handicap at Musselburgh (15.5f) in February. However, failed to back that up when well held ninth in 12-runner contest back there in March.
Long-standing maiden who showed up well for a long way when fifth in 10-runner C&D handicap last month. Never threatened back on the level at Ayr (13f) 2 weeks ago though, and percentage call to look elsewhere returned to this sphere. 6 lb out of the weights.

Forecasts
Gavin (4/7), Trailblazer (4/1), Jet Patrol (10/1), Mr Sundancer (14/1), Foshan (18/1), Piecederesistance (20/1), Addosh (22/1)
GAVIN confirmed the positives of his previous run when readily cashing in off his much-reduced mark at Ffos Las 7 days ago and wisely turned out under a penalty, he looks to hold prime follow-up claims for a yard firmly amongst the winners. Trailblazer arrives in good order and is feared. Addosh and Mr Sundancer are others to keep an eye on.
