Master Zack^h,t³¹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-9| J: R Kingscote| T: Martin Dunne| OR: 52

11/4

Well backed with tongue strap on for first time when winning 8-runner handicap at Southwell (5f, 9/1) 31 days ago, despite being slowly away. That was a career best and it would be no surprise to see him follow up back on turf.

Form: 48477-1

Hidden Verse¹⁶

Age: 3| Weight: 9-8| J: Gina Mangan| T: Dr R Newland| OR: 51

13/2

Lightly-raced maiden ran one of his better races dropped in trip (with headgear left off) when fourth of 7 in handicap at Wolverhampton (5.1f, 10/1) 16 days ago. Again goes without cheekpieces and should give another good account.

Form: 047-994

Roc D'azur²¹⁷

Age: 3| Weight: 9-5| J: Rob Hornby| T: J G Portman| OR: 48

9/4

Lightly-raced maiden again offered little when 16/1, ninth of 10 in nursery at Wolverhampton (5.1f). Off 7 months and difficult to fancy on what she's shown so far.

Improved on second start for the stable when 33/1, good third of 9 in handicap at Chelmsford City (6f) 11 days ago. Remains of interest returning to turf.

(2)

Fregola¹⁴

Age: 3| Weight: 9-3| J: Tyrese Cameron⁽⁷⁾| T: R Hannon| OR: 46

9/2

Only achieved poor form so far and was well held latest when tenth of 15 in handicap at Redcar (6f, good to firm) 14 days ago. Needs more.

Form: 7788-30

Form: 0897-83

(4)

Havana's Dream⁹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-2| J: Joey Haynes| T: R Harris| OR: 45

80/1

Thrice-raced maiden. Fared little better after 5 months off when last of 6 in novice at Wolverhampton (5.1f, 150/1) 9 days ago. Hard to recommend on handicap debut.

Form: 60-6

Forecasts

Roc D'azur (9/4), Master Zack (11/4), Fregola (9/2), Sarabi (6/1), Hidden Verse (13/2), Bluesy Moon (12/1), Pipkin (25/1), Havana's Dream (80/1)

MASTER ZACK posted a career best to get off the mark last month and he can follow up that victory back on turf. Hidden Verse ran much better last time and would be a danger if in the same sort of mood, while Sarabi is respected on the back of a more encouraging effort on second start for current connections.
