Storm Kitty^p²¹

Age: 3| Weight: 9-4| J: Alex Jary⁽⁵⁾| T: N Tinkler| OR: 48

50/1

Well held in 3 qualifying runs at Newcastle this spring but more realistic chance now handicapping from a basement mark.

Form: 658

(7)

Mission In Malton^p1¹⁰

Age: 3| Weight: 9-1| J: D Allan| T: T D Easterby| OR: 45

6/1

Poor form. Behind a couple of these when seventh of 12 in C&D handicap (good to firm) 10 days ago. First-time cheekpieces need to spark improvement.

Form: 000-47

Forecasts

Zappata (4/5), I Can Boogy (5/1), Mission In Malton (6/1), Wondrous Ways (8/1), Martha Costello (14/1), Harry Palmer (14/1), Bigfield Dreams (40/1), Storm Kitty (50/1)

ZAPPATA had a bit in hand at Wetherby on Sunday and a 6 lb penalty seems unlikely to stop him if showing up in a similar mood this afternoon. I Can Boogy wasn't seen to best effect here on Easter Monday and should figure, while Bigfield Dream wouldn't be the first Alice Haynes handicap newcomer to improve for cheekpieces and needs monitoring for market support.
