Didn't take to fences but strong in the market and took advantage of reduced mark back hurdling at Fontwell (21.8f) in January. A 6 lb rise enough to anchor him when second back there since but should give another good account all the same.
Returned to form from out of the blue to land an 11-runner handicap under William Easterby at Catterick (25.3f, good to soft) in February. Ran at least as well when second at Hexham since and likely to be at least as effective now stepping back up in trip.
Left previous efforts behind on handicap debut when runner-up over at Sedgefield last month, rallying after the last. Had cheekpieces applied and easy to excuse his effort at Stratford 18 days later (badly hampered end of back straight and collided with rail) so worthy of another chance.
Got off the mark when landing odds in 12-runner handicap hurdle at Uttoxeter (19.9f, heavy) in December, suited by test of stamina. Less suited by the test of speed at Market Rasen subsequently but improved again when winning a slowly run affair at Bangor (23.3f) latest. May well be more to come.
Winning hurdler/fairly useful chaser but has lost his way and can only be watched returning from 10-month absence.
Twelve runs since last win in 2023 but wasn't disgraced when fourth of 10 in handicap hurdle at Hexham (20.1f, good to soft, 9/1) 29 days ago. Cheekpieces back on and is worth another chance try at this sort of trip.
Maiden who found improvement when good second of 10 on handicap debut at Carlisle (19.3f, good to soft) in February, albeit flattered by proximity to winner. Seemed undone by a steady pace upped in trip back there last time, so worth another chance.
C&D winner who doubled her tally for the season in comprehensive style at Ayr (21.4f) in January. However, followed that with a poor effort back there last time.
Course winner who wasn't disgraced when fourth of 9 in handicap hurdle at Musselburgh (19.8f, good) 33 days ago. Back up in trip.
Twenty one runs since last win in 2023, but faced a stiff task from 13 lb out of the weights on most recent start over fences at Carlisle.
Poor maiden who remains with little form, finishing a well-held fourth of 5 in handicap hurdle at Newcastle (23.7f, good) 23 days ago. First-time blinkers/tongue strap now tried.

Forecasts
Shantou Lucky (10/3), Henrysbrotherjack (4/1), Shuil Ceoil (9/2), Wee Alki (17/2), Euchan Falls (17/2), Maillot Blanc (10/1), Maggies Boy (12/1), Bollin Neil (12/1), Topkapi Star (20/1), Teddy Mac (25/1), Deadheat (50/1)
HENRYSBROTHERJACK did well to win as decisively as he did at Bangor considering the steady gallop and a 6 lb rise may not be enough to prevent the follow up. Maggies Boy's latest effort is easily excused and he remains with potential, with Wee Alki and Bollin Neil others in the mix.
- Maggies Boy12/1
- Wee Alki17/2
