Good-quality Flat performer in his use and put reappearance to good use when successful at Fakenham in first-time cheekpieces in November. Followed up at Huntingdon a month later but beaten before stamina for 20f came into question on New Year's Day. Given a break and back down in trip.
Showed improved form back hurdling when winning 14-runner maiden hurdle at Uttoxeter (15.8f, heavy) in December driven out. Jumping remains an issue with him and he failed badly to back that effort up at Sandown a month later.
Career best when winning 13-runner novice hurdle at Southwell (15.8f, good to soft, 5/2) 75 days ago, readily making all. Opening mark demands further progress but he's unexposed.
A fairly useful Flat winner who made a successful start over hurdles at Cartmel (17f) in July. Advanced his form in cheekpieces when length second of 15 to Wreckless Eric in 2m Cheltenham handicap in November before proving too free back there a month later. This is easier.
Showed promise in 2022/23 season for Oliver Sherwood and promising start for new yard with a brace of runner-up efforts this season, latterly on handicap debut at Newbury last month. Winner that day successful since and he looks well weighted.
Made a successful start under Rules in an Ayr bumper and struck at first time of asking over hurdles at Hexham (16.2f, good) in October. Couple of lesser efforts followed but he was back on his game when second of 9 in a first-time hood at Wetherby in December. Mark looks workable.
Fairly useful winning hurdler who failed to build on promising start over fences, jumped poorly in first-time cheekpieces when second at Southwell in October. Headgear off and just a respectable fifth returned to timber 4 weeks ago.
Runner-up final start for Gary & Joshua Moore at Plumpton in October and bettered previous efforts for this yard when finishing third of 9 in 16.8f Sedgefield handicap (heavy) in January. Didn't seem to relish step up to 19.3f at Catterick latest.
Four-time Flat winner for Michael Bell in 2024. Made successful start over hurdles for this yard in a juvenile race at Chepstow in October. Seemingly out of his depth in graded company next twice and down in class switched to a handicap, he was a heavily-backed third at Musselburgh. Cheekpieces on.
Landed weak 3-runner race at Stratford on debut in October. Disappointed pitched into the listed Wensleydale Juvenile Hurdle at Wetherby but back on track eased in class with a brace of runner-up efforts. Handicap debut for top yard.

Norn Iron (11/8), My Noble Lord (6/1), Kingston James (6/1), Cavern Club (13/2), Bluegrass (10/1), Mr Mackay (10/1), All In You (10/1), Land Of Moon (16/1), Saligo Bay (20/1), Denzil (28/1), Give Me A Boom (33/1)
NORN IRON took another step forward when runner-up to a next-time-out winner on last month's handicap debut at Newbury and on that evidence, his mark is an attractive one. There is depth to this contest, though, with Kingston James and My Noble Lord also of serious interest.
