Returned from absence to capitalise on reduced mark in an amateur jockeys' race on Military Gold Cup day at Sandown last month. Raced off today's mark when landing a double at the same venue 8 days ago (will go up 8lb in future) and up in trip looks to have excellent claims of landing the hat-trick.

Made a promising start as a hurdler, scoring over C&D in January last year but hasn't stood much racing since, pulled-up (possibly amiss) in a Grade 2 before respectable third over an inadequate 2m (Chepstow). Beaten favourite when pulled-up on comeback/handicap debut and has a bit to prove now.

Placed both starts in Irish points and much improved since switch to handicaps, twice runner up including when taking the eye at Chepstow (19.4f heavy) 24 days ago. having travelled strongly through the race. Lightly-raced sort could improve again and holds leading claims.

Found 2 miles too sharp when fourth at Chepstow in December and was well-backed on latest start, only to disappoint (pulled-up, although was struck into). Step back up in distance is a positive but he likely has some better handicapped rivals to overcome.

Smart handicap chaser at best but long time since he got his head in front and failed to shine in various events for Alan Jones. First start for new yard (after 8 months off) offered little hope of a revival.

Fairly useful hurdler who took handicaps at Fontwell and Worcester in spring 2023 but has found life harder since. Did take a step back in the right direction when eighth of 17 in handicap hurdle at Chepstow (19.4f, good) 91 days ago but may be best to look elsewhere for win purposes.

Veteran performer has been struggling over fences/hurdles and hasn't shown anything to suggest he is capable of capitalising on his falling handicap mark.

Still a maiden but ran a career-best when second of 8 in a handicap hurdle at Aintree (20f, soft) on Boxing Day, giving the well-backed winner plenty to think about. Not quite at the same level when fifth at Ludlow earlier this month and remains fairly handicapped taking on more progressive rivals.

Maiden hurdle winner at Exeter in April and not disgraced on latest outing when fourth of 11 at the same venue (21.6f), shaping as though this drop back in distance will help. Lightly-raced type could still improve, although recent evidence suggests he will need to if he's to win off this mark.

Opened hurdles account at Market Rasen in March 2023 and although he hasn't won since, he's returned to form with two encouraging runners up finishes, latest (Uttoxeter, 19.9f) when chasing home a horse that was landing a significant gamble. Should run his race again.

Course winner has become unreliable and was unable recapture his form when tried in blinkers (retained) last time. Others preferred.

Hat-trick seeking CASA LOUPI is 8 lb well in and should take the beating. The steadily progressive Lanesborough travelled well when runner-up last time, while lightly-raced Saint Cyr de Pail should post another respectable effort. The once promising Either Or returns to the scene of her sole hurdles win but needs to leave her comeback run well behind.
